PIP Aquires Safe Industries Inc

Latham, NY - June 11, 2014, Protective Industrial Products Inc. (PIP) is pleased to announce expansion of its US manufacturing footprint by acquiring Safe Industries Inc. of Gloversville, New York. For decades Safe Industries has been a leader in the manufacturer of Hand and Arm Protective Products which includes principally cut resistant gloves and cut resistant sleeves. These products are used in medium and heavy industries to help protect workers from cuts and scrapes to hands and arms.
